Easy steps to get started.
Follow the steps below to get yourself listed!
AUTHOR REGISTRATION

- Click on the link to register
- Add your trading name (if individual publisher, add your name)

Add your payment cycle i.e:
- Fortnight
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Add your preferred payment method (Mpesa or Bank details)
- Add authors name (your name as it appears on the book)
- Add your email and then set the passwords.
- You can add an additional contact person (i.e. PA or Co-Author)
HOT TO ADD THE BOOK

- After registration, you can proceed to adding your book. However, the book will only become active once it has been checked and approved by a Rafu Staff.
- Click on the Plus (+) new book (Green button on the top left)
- Add the title of the book.
- Add the book subcategory( enter the category that best fits your book( i.e fiction, non fiction, kids book, biography)
- Add the description/synopsis of the book. Try and make it as detailed and descriptive as possible
- Input the price of the book. This will be the price which will be displayed on the rafubooks.com website. Also known as Retail price
- Input the quantity of the first consignment.
- Mark active
- Add book image(s) ( upto 3 images allowed)

Choose your commission plan. This is the percentage commission which will be retained by Rafu Company Limited.
- 25% commission or
- 20% commission plus 150 added to the book price
EDITING A BOOK

- Under your book section, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right end.
- Click on edit book to edit your book details.
SHARING YOUR BOOK'S LINK

- Under your book section, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right end.
- Click on copy shareable link.
VIEWING YOUR BOOK ON THE WEBSITE

- Under your book section, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right end.
- Click on view on site to check how your book appears on our website.
